Your PipelineMT account and password are created the day that you are first assigned as a course's primary instructor on the Banner Student System. You will receive notification from the Information Technology Division with this information.
You must request an email account through the Information Technology Division (PDF Application) and indicate on the form you also want a PipelineMT account.
The Information Technology Division Help Desk can be contacted to have a password reset (24/7 when classes are in session and during MTSU regular office hours of 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, during semester breaks).
